I'm a new Mom!
*PLANT MOM
You know when you’re a plant mom/Dad when…
You can’t go to the plant shop without picking up another plant.
You are constantly thinking if your plant children are okay whilst you’re away.
You’ve joined several plant support groups on facebook sharing and discussing your plant children.
When you can comfortably sit through a 35 minute youtube video of Planterina discussing her vast plant collection.
You have a desire to collect the rare variety of plants above £50 (Ouch)
You wake up most mornings thinking am I actually normal lol
Where did this obsession begin?
I have always loved nature in all it’s splendour especially gigantic tree’s, but I never thought plants was something that I would be obsessing over in my late 20s.
I must be getting old.
My late grandma had an array of stunning plants in her home. Some that she had for years. I knew that she was gifted with the green thumb but I never really paid attention.
When someone dies your want to keep their memory alive and have something that reminds you of that special person everyday.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get any of my Grans plants but it birthed my own passion for having my own garden of eden in my studio flat.
