Hey Guys!

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

24 Hours Malaysia en route to Thailand.`

24 Hours Malaysia en route to Thailand.`

The night life. The culture.

Malaysia i will be back for sure.

kuala lumpur is a thriving capital city. It is a colorful metropolis where every culture, religion, and taste smash together to form a new modern Asia

My trip to Malaysia was not planned. How can you plan a 24 hour stop over to somewhere that has never been on your radar. The destination was always Thailand, however for the 24 hours that we were there i was blown away by what i experienced.

I had a friend from Malaysia that had recently moved back from home and we were sure to link up for a meal when i arrived at the airport.

When i first left the airport i was hit by the humidity of the city.

The shopping malls screams “you better have coins!”

However, when i had left the mall i was perplexed by the amount of poverty and homeless people i saw on the streets. It is evident that there is a disparity between the rich and the poor.

The street food and the night bars were the highlight of my whole stay.

Depending on what you get, your food will be served on a fresh banana leaf, Roti freshly made.

Thailand

Bangla road was a highlight. Coconut and mango ice cream made fresh. Just delightful.

Phuket, a rain forested, mountainous island in the Andaman Sea, has some of Thailand’s most popular beaches, mainly situated along the clear waters of the western shore. The island is home to many high-end seaside resorts, spas and restaurants. Phuket City, the capital, has old shop houses and busy markets. Patong, the main resort town, has many nightclubs, bars and discos.

Finally we arrived in Thailand. It was absolutely stunning. We had arrived in the tropical season of May. We stayed at a lovely hotel just opposite Patong beach. Our room was upgraded. It was wonderful. being upgraded is quite normal here.

Walking along the roads you can hear the electricity wires which was quite worrying for, if you’re not use to that kind of wiring.

  • Phang Nga Bay

Is unique. A day out here is an unforgettable experience that will definitely get you thinking. A distinctive feature of the bay is the sheer limestone cliffs that jut vertically out of the emerald-green waters. These islands are home to sheltered fauna that are possible to observe on certain tours. James Bond Island and Koh Panyee are just two of the more famous spots in this bay.

    Bangla Road

  • There are few things in this world to prepare you for an after-dark stroll down Patong's Bangla Road. However, a sense of humour and an open mind are prerequisites if you're looking to have some fun. The biggest collection of nightclubs, bars, shows and general nocturnal fun in Phuket, it is pretty much an all-out assault on the senses.

    Phi Phi Island

  • Phi Phi Island is Thailand's superstar island, particularly famous for its central role in the 2000 movie The Beach. It's the topic of conversation for travellers all over Thailand. For some, it's the only reason to touchdown in Phuket.

Last word is on budget Snorkel packages. Don’t do it.
